The room was good-sized and the view of the ocean was excellent. Appreciated kitchen. The location couldn't be more stunning close to town centre. Plus, it was right by a beachfront as well as beach and town which was walking distance.

Despite some aging aspects, Edgewater Motel is a charming spot right by Orewa Beach, ideal for relaxation. the garden and easy beach access add to the serene ambiance. Exploring nearby landmarks like Orewa Beach Lookout and Alice Eaves Scenic Reserve enhanced our family bonding. Though in need of updates, the attentive staff and cozy room made for a pleasant stay.

The room is brand-new and huge, comes with an oven, a balcony, bedroom. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator are a nice touch. The setting is marvellous and beautiful, near cafes and restaurants, and the main eateries, residential area. There's Dear Coasties a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.
